Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

AI-Powered Creativity:
Leverage tools like MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, D-ID, and other generative AI platforms to craft bold, futuristic visual campaigns.
Creative Strategy:
Translate brand goals into
powerful visual narratives
that work across digital, social, video, and experiential platforms.
Team Leadership:
Mentor and inspire designers, animators, and creative technologists to experiment with AI workflows and push the boundaries of traditional design.
Brand Stewardship:
Ensure consistency of visual identity across campaigns, while introducing
AI-driven design systems
that evolve brand storytelling.
Innovation Lab:
Build and lead
AI-creative prototypes
— experimenting with text-to-video, generative 3D, AR/VR, and motion graphics.
Collaboration:
Partner with copywriters, strategists, and performance marketers to create
360° creative solutions
.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in art direction, creative design, or multimedia (agency background preferred).
Proven portfolio of
AI-generated or AI-enhanced campaigns
(not just UI/UX).
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma for collaboration)
plus AI tools
(MidJourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, After Effects plugins).
Strong understanding of
visual storytelling, motion graphics, generative AI, and branding
.
Ability to manage creative teams and
balance imagination with client goals
.
Curiosity for emerging tech — AR/VR, 3D, Web3, and immersive media a plus.
