Job Description

Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for studying design briefs, scheduling projects, conceptualizing visuals, preparing rough drafts, and developing illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand. You will work with copywriters and the creative team to produce final designs, ensuring they are visually appealing and on-brand. Additionally, you will test graphics across various media and amend designs after feedback. Key Responsibilities: - Study design briefs and determine requirements - Schedule projects - Conceptualize visuals based on requirements - Prepare rough drafts and present ideas - Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand - Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic - Work with copywriters and creative team to produce final design - Test graphics across various media - Amend designs after feedback - Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Qualifications Required: - Proven graphic designing experience - A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics - Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as In-Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop) - A keen eye for aesthetics and details - Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines - Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus Additional Company Details: The company is looking for a Social Media specialist with 0.6-2 years of experience. The role involves responsibilities such as introspecting and brainstorming creative ideas for social campaigns, staying updated on the best social media and user engagement practices, handling customer responses creatively on social media platforms, creating content calendars, implementing campaigns, generating monthly marketing reports, coordinating with the creative team, and staying up to date with social media trends and landscape changes. The ideal candidate should have strong logic and reasoning skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and be well-versed in social media platforms and digital processes. Copywriting skills and SEO knowledge are considered advantageous for the role.,
