Area Sales Officer

We are looking area Sales officer for our company Shyam Steels for various locations Cooch Behar, Alipurduar, Jalpaiguri and Lower Assam (Bongaigaon) having minimum 2 to5 years’ experience in Sales department like roofing sheet/Building Materials industry.

Preference will be given to local candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sales in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop effective strategies.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant sales experience in roofing sheet/building material sales industry or equivalent .
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of constructions material, market dynamics, distribution networks, and customer behaviour.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
