Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Area Sales Officer (ASO) to lead sales operations across Nizamabad, Adilabad, and Kamareddy.
This role focuses on distributor management, driving primary & secondary sales, route expansion, and ensuring strong market visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets.
• Handle distributor appointment, management & performance tracking.
• Expand market reach by adding new retail outlets (kirana, hotels, mess, retail shops, restaurants, etc.).
• Ensure product availability and visibility across all routes.
• Conduct regular market visits for retailer engagement & problem resolution.
• Lead, monitor, and motivate DSRs/Sales Executives for route productivity.
• Analyze sales trends, competitor activities, and prepare sales reports.
• Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy credit discipline.

Qualifications & Skills

• 8-10 years of FMCG sales experience (atta, staples, food products preferred).
• Strong knowledge of local markets in Nizamabad, Adilabad & Kamareddy.
• Excellent communication, negotiation & team-handling abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and daily reporting.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Target-oriented, disciplined, and strong field execution skills.
