Job Description

Area Sales Manager:-Key result area 1. Managing, Training and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory. 2. Setting reasonable sales target (primary & Secondary) to be achieved by the sales team.  3. Market analysis and competitor study for identifying new direct dealers and distributors and Appointing New Dealers in assigned territory 3. Monitaring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales target. 5. Travelling to potential and existing customers with in assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness. 6. Devloping and sustaining long term relationships with customers. 7. Implementing sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospect calls. 9. Outstanding negotiations and consultative sales skills. 10. Effective communications and customers service calls.   Executive: - Key Result Area 1.      Minimum 15 calls per day and ensure Daily Secondary target achievement. 2.      Focus working on Secondary target as per the Route plan. 3.      Persistent in dealer addition and visit  . 4.      Influencer enrollment and educating about loyalty programs. 5.      Conduct In shop and Dealers meet as and when required. 6.      Communicate Dealer schemes and enroll them and tie-up as per their potential. 7.      Monthly and quarterly tracking dealer’s achievement as per their tie-ups. 8.      Monitoring and analyzing new dealer performance to assess which among new dealers can be elevated to regular scheme. 9.      Achieve monthly secondary and influencer target. 10.  Meeting existing Dealer & Distributors on regular basis as per assigned route plan and ensure route adherence (Collage, Coverage and Compliance)
