As an Area Sales Manager (West & South) Civil, your key responsibilities will include achieving sales targets for the Civil segment by negotiating sales with contractors, influencing end clients such as PWD, CPWD, NHAI, Indian Railways and civil consultants. You will also be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales staff and site support staff in the West & South regions, generating enquiries, conducting seminars and presentations, and increasing market penetration by visiting project sites and customers. The ideal candidate for this role would hold a B.E./B.Tech in Civil with 3 to 10 years of industry experience, and an M.B.A. candidate would be preferred. Extensive travel is mandatory as per project or customer requirements, along with a proactive and hands-on approach, excellent networking skills, and the ability to visit project sites. Good verbal and written English skills, as well as strong presentation abilities, are essential for this position.
