Area Sales Manager - Used Car - Shahpura

Role Overview: As an Area Sales Manager (ASM), you will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations within a specific geographical area or territory. Your main tasks will include developing sales strategies, leading sales teams, ensuring sales targets are met, building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing sales data, and contributing to the company's overall sales performance and market presence. Key Responsibilities: - Sourcing Used Car Loans and meeting targets - Channel Development - Identifications and Tie Ups with Dealers as well as Re-sellers - Resolution of PDD(if any) - Taking care of Used Vehicle Loan collection - Team Building and Channel Development - Achievement of Business Plan - Portfolio management in coordination with Ops & Collection - Asset Verification of the cases under processing - Taking care of Car loan business all across assigned geography - Regular review meeting with line managers - Strong check on EDs and NS cases - Building business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationships Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or financial services industry - Strong leadership and team management skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions - Knowledge of the used car loan market and dealer network - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Please note: This job description does not include any additional details about the company.
