Minimum 5+ years in sales, should have experience in selling Track & Trace solutions, selling of Primary & Secondary packaging machinery preferably in Pharma / Food segment. Role & responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies for the South regions to promote and sell Track and Trace solutions. Achieve region-specific sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key pharmaceutical clients and industry partners in South regions. Understand client needs and tailor Track and Trace solutions to meet their compliance requirements. Ensure timely and effective communication with clients, providing product expertise and addressing inquiries. Business Development & Market Expansion: Identify new sales opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector, specifically focusing on Track and Trace solutions. Explore and develop new business avenues and partnerships within the region to increase market share. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to secure new business and expand existing accounts. Project Coordination & Execution: Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Sales, Service, and Production) to ensure smooth execution of Track and Trace projects for clients. Ensure timely delivery, implementation, and post-sales support for Track and Trace solutions, managing the entire lifecycle of the project. Product Knowledge & Sales Support: Provide deep product knowledge and technical expertise on Track and Trace systems, assisting clients in understanding product features, benefits, and compliance requirements. Train and support the regional sales team in product knowledge, sales techniques, and relationship-building skills. Preferred candidate profile
