Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and regional growth objectives.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share for medical equipment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial compliance with company policies.
Provide training, motivation, and support to sales executives to ensure team performance.
Oversee daily field operations and ensure timely reporting to management.
Ensure all sales activities adhere to ethical business standards and company policies.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and action plans.
