Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the company.

  • Develop and manage a strong distributor network:

  • Appoint new distributors.

  • Strengthen relationships with existing distributors.

  • Ensure smooth order placement and timely payment collections from distributors.

  • Build and maintain strong connections with retailers through regular market visits.

  • Lead, train, and guide the sales team (sales officers & trainees) under their supervision to achieve desired results.

  • Gather market intelligence on competitors activities, pricing, schemes, and new product launches.

  • Focus on timely collections from distributors.

  • Ensure timely submission of daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.

Preferred candidate profile

Mandatory Market Knowledge (Specific to Bihar Region):

  • In-depth knowledge of local distribution networks in Bihar.

  • Awareness of footwear wholesalers, retailers, and market behavior.

  • Familiarity with the price-sensitive market structure in Bihar.

  • The ideal candidate must have:

  • Strong knowledge of the Bihar market.

  • Expertise in distribution development.

  • A highly proactive field approach and commitment towards achieving business goals.
