Job Description

Role & responsibilities

anage the companys e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) including product listings, pricing, inventory updates, and order processing.

2. Handle the company website - regularly update content, upload new products, manage banners & offers, and ensure smooth functionality.
3. Create, schedule, and manage social media posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
4. Run paid advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads, including setting up campaigns, targeting, budgeting, and performance optimization.
5. Design basic creatives, posters, and digital ads for promotions using tools like Canva, Photoshop, etc.
6. Monitor and analyze ad campaigns and website traffic to suggest improvement plans.
7. Coordinate with external agencies/vendors if required for SEO, influencer marketing, or specialized campaigns.
8. Stay updated with current e-commerce trends, digital marketing strategies, and competitors activities.
9. Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and messages received through social media and e-commerce platforms.
10. Prepare weekly and monthly reports of e-commerce sales and digital marketing performance.
