Job Description

E-Commerce Manager (Team Lead)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 48 years

Industry: FMCG / OTC Pharma / D2C

Responsibilities

Lead online business across Amazon, Flipkart, 1mg, PharmEasy, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto.
P&L ownership of online sales.
Create sales plan, pricing, promotions, and discount control.
Manage catalogue, inventory, returns, and performance dashboards.
Coordinate with operations, finance, warehouse & marketing.
Handle campaigns (Prime Day, Sale Weeks, Zepto P0 banners, etc.)
Track ACOS/ROAS, CTR, CVR, organic rank.
Ensure compliance for OTC / health categories.
Manage a team of 5–10 members.

Requirements

Strong experience in e-commerce FMCG.
Knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart Seller Panels.
Understanding of ad platforms (Google/Meta preferred).
Excellent analytical & leadership skills.
