Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets within the assigned territory. Identify new business opportunities and expand the retail/distributor network. Manage relationships with existing retail partners, distributors, and key accounts. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform product and pricing strategies. Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives and ensure alignment with brand standards. Conduct regular store visits, review performance metrics, and ensure visual merchandising standards are met. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to support promotional campaigns and new launches. Submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management. Ensure timely collections and manage credit limits and payments with partners. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
