Job Description

Meet targets for customer acquisition, recharge billing and market reach as per sales plan.
Dealer and partner appointment to attain market penetration target
Ensure appropriate sale channel contribution and its proactive expansion & effectiveness.
Sales trend analysis for formulating strategy / tactics in the market-place.
Provide timely and structured feedback from trade/ customers/ competition.
Distributor/dealer management for monthly sales (activation/revenue) targets
Distributor primary sale
Distributor/dealer hardware/voucher inventory management, credit notes
Training of the distributor/dealer staff
Performance review of distributors; periodic review (monthly/quarterly)
Assist the trade marketing executives in handling local promotions/pos communication and utilization
Monitor the merchandizers in ensuring the pos utilization and visibility in the market place
