Job Description

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Achieving sales targets for commercial vehicles within the assigned region.
  • Ensuring timely collections of loans through coordination with Area Business Managers (ABMs).
  • Managing the relationship with customers (fleet owners, transport companies) and dealers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies in line with company objectives for market penetration and product uptake.
  • Leading and motivating a sales team, setting performance targets, and overseeing the execution of sales processes.
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as finance, marketing, and product support to ensure the success of sales initiatives.
  • Reporting on sales performance, financial targets, and loan collections to senior management.
  • Monitoring the performance and productivity of the sales team, providing guidance and support as needed.
