Area Sales Manager / Sr. Area Sales Manager 📍 Location: One HQ, Balewadi, Pune (2nd Floor, Beside F‑Residency) 💼 Salary: ₹8,00,000 ‑ ₹12,00,000 / yr + Unlimited Incentives + Monthly & Quarterly Appraisals Your responsibilities will include: • Building and Leading a Team – hire, mentor, and shape a team of ten sales professionals who embody performance and accountability. • Driving Inputs and Outputs – track and elevate the team’s activities, ensuring every effort translates into measurable success. • Owning the Numbers – deliver consistently on the mandate of achieving 4x of the salary cost month-on-month. Rewards that Match Performance We believe in rewarding outcomes, not timelines. Growth here is quarterly, not annual, and the scale is limited only by performance. Quarterly Salary Hikes: • 4x performance in a quarter → 8% hike • 4–5x performance → 10% hike • 5–6x performance → 12% hike • Beyond 6x → 16% hike Incentives: • Up to 4x → 3% • Beyond 4x → 15% ⭐ What You’ll Do Develop & execute sales strategies to hit growth targets Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team of 10‑15 people Ensure regular field/site visits, lead generation & strong sales pipeline build‑up Support the frontline team in deal closures Maintain revenue targets (e.g. net revenue ≥ 3× team cost) Build & sustain strong relationships with key customers; handle escalations with confidence Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations Generate regular sales reports, feedback & market intelligence Attend client meetings, conferences & industry events to represent the company 📋 What We’re Looking For Must‑have: 4+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in core B2C sales Proven experience managing a sales team (10‑15 members) Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills Comfortable with field work; must have a 2‑wheeler + valid driving license Bachelor’s degree (business‑related / postgraduate preferred) Proactive, highly organized, able to work with minimal supervision ✅ Why Join Us?
