Role Summary We are hiring a self-motivated Area Sales Manager to drive regional sales operations through channel and dealer network development. The role includes creating robust distribution strategies and maintaining a high-value customer base in the surfaces domain. Key Responsibilities Build and manage dealer and sub-dealer networks, especially in building material sectors Manage product penetration, retail visibility, and territory-wise sales planning Conduct field visits to identify business potential and drive brand positioning Coordinate with contractors and project teams for execution-level sales Maintain data on volume handled, targets achieved, and future forecasts Collaborate with factory and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelors or Masters in Business or a related field Experience in dealer-driven B2B sales within the tile, marble, or sanitaryware sectors Strong communication, reporting, and negotiation skills Owns a personal vehicle for field visits Must be comfortable with extensive local travel.
