5 to 10 years
in
sales / Business Development from Pharma industry
Better to have experience in handling of Maharashtra region i.e. Pune, Nashik, Kolhapur etc.

Salary Budget: CTC 5.00 to 6.50 PA + Traveling Allowance + Exciting Sales Incentive

Job Location:

Operational Role

Strong market penetration.
Prepare & monitor monthly sales plan of team
.
Regular customer contacts & communication.
Set individual sales target with team.
Joint field visit as per business requirements.
Will work closely with company management.

Strategic Role

New strategies development & execution
New business development
Revenue generation through new account development and key account management.
Brand building

Leadership Skills

Team handling and Leadership abilities.
Good Interpersonal & communication skills
Motivate & Mentor team members as & when required
