Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for full P&L of his territory, distributor and channel development, and manage a local field sales team to grow our brand in B2B and B2C formats.

Responsibilities

  • Drive primary and secondary sales for the assigned territories.
  • Appoint and manage distributors, SS/CFA and HoReCa partners.
  • Lead and mentor field salesforces across define towns and areas.
  • Execute sales strategies and seasonal promotions.
  • Maintain strong beat planning and performance tracking of team.
  • Responsible to resolve client complaints & comments, attend meetings.

Qualifications

  • Graduate with Masters.
  • 7+years of relevant work experience in HORECA / Foodservice in metro cities.
  • 3+ years of working as an ASM position handling Frozen foods.
