Job Description

Role Overview: You will be directly responsible for the growth of the Transit-Offline Railways business vertical. Your role will involve driving distribution and market share growth in the assigned area of operations, ensuring visibility and accountability through various deployment strategies, identifying and recruiting a sales team, planning market size and geographies for ASMs, communicating plans/targets effectively to minimize expectation vs delivery gap, monitoring quality parameters, conducting audits on acquisitions and sales, and managing a large team of 5-10 TLs & 500+ indirect employees. Key Responsibilities: - Drive growth of distribution and market share in the assigned area of operations - Ensure visibility & accountability through extensive QR & Sound box, EDC deployment, and product sales - Identify and recruit a sales team to align and drive business in the market - Plan market size, span, and geographies for ASMs - Devise effective communication methods to minimize expectation vs delivery gap - Monitor quality parameters as per management suggestions - Validate and conduct audits on team acquisitions and sales - Manage a large team of 5-10 TLs & 500+ indirect employees Qualifications Required: - Good networking capabilities and willingness to travel extensively throughout the specified area - Skilled in coaching, mentoring, quick learning, and application of newly learned ideas and concepts - Self-starters comfortable navigating ambiguity, passionate about working in a fast-growing firm, able to articulate complex solutions, and possess good sales and negotiation skills - Experience in quota-driven sales - MBA in marketing preferred Additional Company Details: Join a collaborative output-driven program that brings cohesiveness across businesses through technology.
