Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1) Minimum of 5 years of extensive work experience in S&D (Sales & development) with FMCG Companies of Repute.

2) Good track record of Increasing Sales, Revenue & Profitability

3) Proven Track record of meeting & exceeding Targets

4) Plan & ensure achievement of Sales objective (Volume, Value, Weighted & Numeric Distribution, Lines, Thruput etc)

5) Lead overall GTM strategy of the Company across multiple cities.

6) An expert in breaking new avenues (Horeca, Institutions, MTs, RMTs) & driving sales growth

7) Establish a Distributor network on Advance Payments

8)Devise & Implement BTL activity

9) Lead, mentor & monitor team of Promotes & ASO's for business excellence

10) Ensure stores above Company's standard in terms of visual appeal

11) Heading events, partnerships, local promotions, and regional festivals to improve brand image & awareness of the product.

12) Good in Excel & its functions. More important, can read, understand & take informed decisions based on DATA.

13) Can develop Salesforce into Taskforce

14) Good at forecasting

15) Join on a Short Notice.

16) Reporting to Head-Sales
