About the role

Preparing a joint business plan between the brand and the accounts in line with the Modern Trade Annual Operating Plan.
Identifying listing gaps and covering the gaps.
Activation of Products, Schemes & various consumer promotions.
Ensuring a 100% fill rate in collaboration with the supply chain team.
Liaoning with the Marketing & Finance team for the implementation of marketing initiatives and controlling credit.
Oversee billing, invoicing, delivery & returns processes.
Ensuring Hygiene and maintenance of products in the marketplace.
Ensuring claims are validated and paid in a timely manner.
Ensuring quarterly reconciliation of accounts between the retailer and the brand.
Managing cross-functional projects for process improvement and coordinating with retailers to execute process improvements.

Education:

MBA - Sales & Marketing from good B School.

Experience:

Min 5 years of experience in the FMCG/Dairy industry with Modern Trade role required.
