Assigned Territory - Meghalya, Arunachal Pradesh & Mizoram
Reporting to - Zonal Sales Manager
BASIC JOB PURPOSE
- Drive Volume of Business in the assigned Territory.
- Identify potential leaders as part of Key Accounts and are responsible for ensuring growth in their respective territory & implementation of the field system by the leaders.
- To train and support consultants for achieving sales; and ensure that the infrastructure to make it happen is in place.
SALES STRATEGY
- Travel to various locations in the assigned territory to monitor and participate in sales activities.
- Weekly contact with Key Accounts to review activities in their team - e.g. Number of Home Meetings, Business Opportunity Meetings, success rates as per agreed monthly plans also provide support to new consultants through prescribed training system
- Responsible for driving the field system and evaluating targets of Key accounts to increase
1. Per Consultant Productivity
2. Unique Consultants Participation in business
3. Advancement and Retention.
4. Number of Bonus Cheque earners and value of cheques
- Prospecting for new business development/identifying avenues to increase consultant base/networks by leveraging existing base, participate in the initial few events, to assess the promise of the area, activity levels of the leaders and viability.
Create innovative market presence strategies for generating secondary demand
- Develop and manage key sales networks to increase market penetration
- Gather market information on activities of the competition. Analyse market share/ distribution trends. Correlate with sales performance by brand & productivity.
TRAINING & SUPPORT FOR CONSULTANTS
- Engage and Motivate the Consultants through Personal meetings/Interaction with Key Accounts for feedback/base expansion.
- Conducting Product & Process training for New Joinees & existing base.
- Organize, promote & support all companys activities & events such as catalogue, contact magazine, Business manual, product launches, seminars, incentive trips etc that communicate with & motivate sales force.
- To coordinate with Marketing team for demo kits for Key categories & New Products
MIS & TRACKING
- Hold monthly meetings with leaders of active groups, on fixed days, to review performance, discuss strategy for achieving targeted levels during the month & decide show case schedules with Leadership , in advance, for a quarter
- Study performance reports of leaders, ( targets vs actual ) make regular calls to leaders in the entire region to review, strategize, and intervene / assist where needed.
- Study performance of SED and above leaders supported by Modicare for conducting meetings
- Monitor, Evaluate and take corrective action wherever required
WORKING METHODOLOGY
- Ensure compliance to DMO weekly and report exception/deviations.
- Conduct business planning session with each Key Account and their core team member as per the field system guidelines.
- Work as per the Code of Conduct policy of the organization.
