Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the sales team within the assigned territory.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly business targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
Maintain relationships with channel partners and key clients.
Monitor team performance and provide regular training, guidance, and motivation.

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably from Banking / Insurance / BFSI sector.
Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work on field and travel within the assigned region as required.
