Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Bongaigaon. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing and supporting the sales team, developing relationships with healthcare professionals, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves regular market visits, monitoring sales activities, and providing market feedback to ensure the strategic growth of the company in the assigned area.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management and achieving sales targets in the pharmaceutical industry
Strong skills in team management and leadership
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Capability to conduct market analysis and devise effective sales strategies
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Knowledge of Gynaecology and Orthopaedics therapeutic areas is a plus
