Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and motivated Area Sales Manager to lead and manage the field sales team in Dhamtari. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in sales team management, and a proven track record in the BFSI or core field sales domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Sales Executives to achieve business targets
• Drive customer acquisition through field sales efforts
• Monitor team performance and ensure goal alignment
• Develop strong market presence and client relationships
• Conduct regular training and mentoring sessions for the team

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in field sales and team handling (BFSI preferred)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics
