Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Execution & Planning Deliver monthly Primary & Secondary Sales targets Execute state/regional sales strategies in line with national objectives Ensure strong pipeline management and retail performance standards Channel & Market Development Manage distributor relationships and inventory at DBs Identify growth gaps and drive activation across GT & wholesale channels Conduct market visits to strengthen execution and monitor competitor activity People & Team Development Lead 34 Field Supervisors managing 810 Sales Officers each Train, coach and build capability across the team Ensure optimal field coverage, PJP adherence, and attrition control Operational Excellence Implement point-of-sale standards, cycle plans, and promotions Ensure reporting discipline, exception management, and audit readiness Drive operational efficiencies to contribute to both top-line and bottom-line delivery Preferred candidate profile Graduate / MBA preferred 5+ years experience in General Trade & Wholesale sales Prior exposure to the staples or packaged food segment preferred Strong leadership, distributor handling, and execution focus Analytical mindset with strong planning and negotiation skills
