Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned region.
Manage and oversee the entire sales process, including primary and secondary sales, ensuring optimal performance and growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring effective distribution and availability of products.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
