Location : Bengaluru, India Salary : ₹8–15 LPA Experience : 6–12 years in FMCG Sales & Distribution Role Overview Lead General Trade sales and distribution in Bengaluru, starting with Central Bengaluru. Responsibilities include distributor onboarding, sales team management, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Identify and appoint distributors; develop outlet launch and beat plans. Recruit, train, and supervise Sales Officers; monitor performance. Conduct market visits; build relationships with key accounts. Plan and execute sales promotions; monitor competitor activities. Coordinate with Head Office for reporting and strategy alignment. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 6–12 years in FMCG sales, with a focus on General Trade. Fluency in Kannada; proficiency in Tamil and Malayalam is advantageous. Strong selling and negotiation skills; excellent interpersonal abilities. In-depth understanding of the Bengaluru market and distribution channels. This role offers an opportunity to drive sales growth and expand market presence in Bengaluru's General Trade sector.
