Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: 2–3 years of field sales experience in the commodity market (preferably rice and pulses). Field sales experience in grocery/FMCG is also acceptable. Location: Candidates currently residing in Bengaluru (preferred). Education: Graduate in any stream (graduation year between 2020 and 2024). Language Requirements: Must be fluent in Kannada and Hindi.Preferred: Ability to speak Telugu, Tamil, and English. Skills & Qualities: Strong interpersonal skills. Confident in initiating conversations and engaging with retailers. Other Requirements: Valid two-wheeler driving license. Ownership of a two-wheeler is mandatory.
