Job Description

:

  • Develop new FCL business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market intelligence.

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for FCL freight volumes and revenue.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with importers, exporters, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.

  • Generate and present proposals, quotations, and negotiate rates with clients.

  • Coordinate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.

  • Stay updated on shipping line schedules, rates, space availability, and market trends.

  • Provide market feedback to internal teams to refine pricing strategies and service offerings.

  • Maintain CRM records, update customer interactions, and prepare regular sales reports.
