Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Area Sales Manager to join Healthians. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, promoting our diagnostic services to healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients, and driving business growth in the assigned territory. The candidate must have a good understanding of healthcare industry trends and a strong ability to build professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote the company's diagnostic services and packages to potential clients and healthcare professionals.

- Conduct field visits, meetings, and presentations to explain service offerings and value propositions.

- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop customized solutions for clients. - - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and market share growth.

- Monitor competitor activity and provide regular feedback on market trends and customer needs.

- Maintain accurate sales records and submit periodic reports to management.

Requirements:

- 1 to 7 years of experience in sales/business development in the diagnostics industry.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Familiar with medical terminology and diagnostic services.

- Ability to build strong client relationships and close deals effectively.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
