Area Sales Manager - Digital Sales

In this role, you will be responsible for aggressively driving sales numbers and achieving business targets for home loans and cross-selling. You will enhance and upgrade key partnerships, both internal and external. Your focus will be on retaining and expanding the company's customer base for home loans and LAP channels to ensure repeat business and referrals. Key Responsibilities: - Maximize sales through a network of digital channels, both internal to TCL/TCHF and external third parties. - Help groom Sales Managers to achieve all SM/CRE productivity targets. - Develop and maintain strong liaisons with channel partners to scale up business. - Increase the number of partnerships with web aggregators locally. - Identify and develop new channel relationships to penetrate new markets and increase business. - Ensure your team updates leads regularly and in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for sales planning and team management. Your role includes optimizing team productivity by effectively managing the team of SMs to achieve team results and meet business targets and profitability in the area/region. Industry & Governance Responsibilities: - Stay updated on market trends and competitor intelligence to develop effective sales and marketing strategies. - Provide feedback to the central product and policy team based on your understanding of markets, competition, processes, and available products. - Ensure compliance with all Audit/NHB regulations, processes, policies, and reports as per company-designed systems.
