Area Sales Manager- Diagnostics Industry

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the assigned area.

2. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to optimize their performance and productivity, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including laboratories, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals, to drive business opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.

4. Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within the territory, conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessment.

5. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives and customer requirements.

6. Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement.

7. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities and interactions.

9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services, build brand awareness, and expand network connections.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
