Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the Service team of an assigned territory. Setting reasonable Service targets for the team and monitoring their performance to ensure service targets are met or exceeded. You will collect customer feedback, provide updates to senior management, and travel to potential and existing customers within the assigned service area to present company offerings and build brand awareness. Additionally, you will utilize outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close service requests and develop long-term relationships with them. Implementing a service management process to assist the service team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage, train, and guide the Service team in the assigned territory. - Set and monitor Service targets for the team. - Motivate team members to meet or exceed service targets. - Collect customer feedback and update senior management. - Travel to potential and existing customers to present company offerings. - Utilize outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to close service requests. - Develop and sustain long-term relationships with customers. - Implement a service management process to prioritize key customers and prospects. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Distribution sales in EDC, fintech, Banking/Insurance sector. - Ability to set and track sales targets for the team. - Experience in reviewing Sales Team performance. - Proven capability to increase customer engagement. - Territory handling experience in the Oil and Gas sector. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Knowledge of Excel is preferred.
