Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Handle and grow commercial project sales for Vinyl flooring/products across Pharma, Hospitals, Schools & Colleges, Hotels, and other institutional segments.
Develop strong relationships with architects, consultants, project management companies (PMCs), builders, and contractors to generate specifications and closures.
Identify upcoming projects, prepare project pipelines, and ensure timely conversion of leads into orders.
Coordinate with internal teams for sampling, BOQs, pricing, approvals, and order execution.
Achieve assigned sales targets and drive market penetration in the Hyderabad region.
Conduct product presentations, mock-ups, and site visits to support project closures.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing to recommend strategic actions.
Ensure collection follow-ups and maintain healthy receivables for assigned accounts.
