Job Description

Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Location: Kolkata
CTC: 4.00 LPA (as per experience)
Experience: 2–7 years in Sales (Team Handling mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and drive business for the assigned area
Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Develop new markets and strengthen existing channels
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate mandatory
Experience in 2+ BFSI / Insurance / FMCG / Telecom / Field Sales preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and target orientation
Two-wheeler mandatory
