Experience :

Qualification - Graduation Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, HVAC)

Achieve sales and collection targets for the assigned territory in line with business objectives.
Drive business development for Residential & Commercial ACs through Sales & Service Dealers (SSDs) and HVAC Contractors.
Promote and sell RAC, Cassette, Tower, Ducted, and VRF products across the territory.
Prepare and implement sales roadmaps based on business plans.
Analyze market trends and design strategies to capture incremental business.
Meet monthly sales targets and ensure consistent sales volume growth.
Manage sales funnel/enquiries with regular follow-ups to convert prospects into business.
Strengthen relationships with existing channel partners while expanding the network by appointing new SSDs.
Conduct effective channel and market mapping to maximize coverage.
Generate new business leads through architects, consultants, developers, dealers, and cold calls; track progress consistently.
Monitor outstanding payments, ensuring timely collection as per defined timelines.
Ensure achievement of value market share and drive proportional growth in line with industry trends.
