Job Description

Purpose:

To drive sales growth and market share in the assigned territory by managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and influencers including architects, faade consultants, Fabricators and builders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve assigned sales and specification targets for projects across the region
  2. Manage and grow a pipeline of all accounts including small, medium and large-scale projects
  3. Identify and develop new business opportunities in segments such as Office/ IT, retail, commercial as well as residential segment
  4. Lead and support in marketing activities, product related technical presentations
  5. Product specification and solution selling to architects, developers, contractors, PMC etc.
  6. Maintain and expand presence across Bangalore and nearby areas.

    MBA
  • Experience

    3 - 10 Years
  • Preferred Industries

    Building Material, Facade, ACP, System manufacturer

Essential Key Skills:

  1. Hands-on experience in project-based sales with sound knowledge of construction and project sales cycle.

 

  1. A result driven, customer-focused professional with excellent relationship building skills.

 

  1. Prior exposure to faade, glass, or allied building material industries is highly desirable

 

  1. High agility to work across multiple geographies and customer types.

 

  1. Self-motivated and Capable of independently handling large/key accounts and driving commercial negotiations to closure

 

  1. Excellent communication, planning and stakeholder management skills.

 

  1. Time to time Interaction and coordination with different internal teams within organization.
