Education:

• MBA Marketing from a reputed institute

Experience

• 3-4 years in FMCG- GT Channel Sales mandatory
• Currently, ASM, ASE, or Sr SO or SO with a reputed FMCG company

Key Requirements

• Based in Jaipur
• Must have own vehicle as this is a market role

Distributor Relationship Management

• Build a sales channel partner network with Super Stockists and Distributors
• Constantly identify, engage, and recruit new distributors

Team development and growth management

• Manage the Sales team, target achievement
• Go to the market with the team to convert shops
• Solve ground-level challenges

Reporting and delivery to top management

• Follow up with the team based on sales data from the sales app.
• Daily morning and evening calls with the team
• Report to the sales head every week on inventory update and target achievement
