What You’ll Own Performance Marketing : Build, run & scale campaigns on Meta + Google + YouTube and other platforms with a D2C mindset. Creative Firepower : Turn brand moments into reels, UGC, snackable ads, and ideas that break the scroll. Platform Mastery : Own DTC, marketplaces, Q Com & social handles. Keep them buzzing. Influencer Engine : Find creators, brief them, close deals, run campaigns, measure impact. Growth Numbers : Daily optimisation, sharp insights, better ROAS, bigger outcomes. Campaign Execution : Work directly with the Founder to shape bold campaigns seen across India. Experimentation : New hooks, new angles, new formats — you’ll have the freedom to try it all.
