Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) with a strong background in solar channel sales to drive business growth and expand our dealer and distributor network.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and expand market share.
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales strategies and improve results.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with customers and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform business decisions.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
