Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for effectively forecasting sales and planning commercially to achieve the set sales objectives. Your tasks will also include building and expanding the sales channel network, particularly the Distributors network, while ensuring that the Distributors receive maximum ROI in line with industry standards. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and implementing sales strategies to enhance revenue growth and managing FIFO and Expiry effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Forecast sales and plan commercially to achieve sales objectives - Build and expand the sales channel network, especially the Distributors network - Ensure Distributors receive maximum ROI in accordance with industry standards - Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance revenue growth - Manage FIFO and Expiry effectively Qualifications Required: - 6-12 years of experience in the FMCG/Dairy sector - Ability to scale-up business and establish robust and sustainable distributor network systems - Proficiency in building strong trade contacts and possessing territory knowledge In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers the following benefits: - Health insurance - Leave encashment - Life insurance - Provident Fund - Yearly bonus Please note that this is a permanent position and the work location is in person.
