Area Sales Manager (ASM) (Derma- Cosmetic Division)- Ludhiana

As an Area Sales Manager for the Derma segment, you will play a crucial role in representing the brand and product, ensuring sales growth, creating engagements for hands-on experiences, and promoting correct product usage in clinics. Your responsibilities will include: - Territory Mapping: Create, maintain, and update a list of all potential customers in your assigned territory. - Potential Mapping: Identify customers with the quickest conversion rates and focus on maximizing their coverage. - Daily Field Calls Planning: Develop a coverage plan and schedule demo/education sessions with technical support. - Carry the right tools for customer interactions and conversions at all times. - Achieve and exceed targets set for your area. - Report daily activities, customers met, conversions, and pipeline status. - Adhere to reporting formats and processes established by the Head Office. - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business. - Motivate clients to choose DPW products as their primary solution across various indications. - Collaborate with technical team to organize demos, training sessions, and workshops. - Ensure customers are comfortable with product usage and benefits. - Implement sales and marketing strategies within your assigned territory. - Conduct training sessions for doctors, FGWs, and institutions to promote new products and drive revenue growth. - Possess good knowledge of products, scientific benefits, merits, packaging, pricing, and competitor products. - Maintain accurate records, collect customer and market feedback, and provide timely reports. - Plan stockiest-wise primary/secondary monthly targets. - Uphold and enhance the company's image at all times. - Continuously collect customer and market feedback to stay informed.
