Area Sales Manager (ASM)

As an Area Sales Manager for Dhoti and Shirt Collection, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Field Marketing Executives. Your role will involve providing guidance, training, and task assignments to ensure the team's success. Additionally, you will oversee brand promotion activities at various events, exhibitions, and cultural festivals to drive brand awareness and increase sales. Building and maintaining relationships with retailers and distributors will be crucial in ensuring proper stock levels and promotions for the Dhoti and Shirt collections. You will also be involved in planning and executing field events like pop-up stores and fashion shows to showcase the collection, as well as engaging with customers to gather feedback and promote loyalty programs. In this role, you will assist in driving sales through direct engagement and lead generation, while also monitoring competitors and market trends to provide actionable insights for marketing strategies. Increasing brand visibility through local campaigns, influencer partnerships, and promotional material distribution will be key to enhancing brand awareness. To be successful in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, including 1-2 years in a leadership role, preferably in fashion or traditional attire. Strong leadership, communication, event management, and market research skills are essential, along with a passion for traditional wear and knowledge of Dhoti and Shirt collections. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including leave encashment, provident fund, performance bonus, and yearly bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person.
