Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Officers and Distributor Salesmen.
  • Ensure effective distribution expansion, range selling, and numeric growth in outlets.
  • Monitor primary and secondary sales performance and take corrective actions where necessary.
  • Plan and execute trade promotions, visibility drives, and new product launches.
  • Manage and develop distributors ensuring ROI, claims management, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth market operations.
  • Analyze sales data and market insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key trade partners and modern trade accounts (if applicable).
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance norms.
