Area Sales Manager - Agency Health

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supervising the business delivery under the Agency travel team and Tie Ups, with a primary focus on growing the business with profits and managing Channel Management Agents. Your role will involve liaising with various teams such as Operations, Product tower, Process Excellence group, Claims, Finance, legal, Business Intelligence, marketing, and Human Resource teams to ensure the delivery of the best services to clients and banks. Key Responsibilities: - Achieving overall Gross Written Premium - Ensuring sustainable Profitability - Maintaining COR at budgeted levels - Maintaining Hygiene - Activation of processes Qualifications Required: - 5-6 years of experience in insurance - At least 3 to 4 years of experience leading a company/business line in Retail Sales Additional Company Details: The company values collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Operations (BOPs & COPs), Finance Team for tax handling, Human Resources for talent pool development, and Training Team for employee training.
