Job Description

A Field Sales Representative spends a significant amount of time meeting with prospective and existing customers face-to-face to drive sales growth within a specific territory. This role requires a self-motivated individual who is skilled at building relationships and communicating the value of products directly to clients.  Key Responsibilities Travel within an assigned territory to meet with potential and existing clients. Conduct in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations to build rapport and close deals. Establish and maintain positive, long-term business relationships. Monitor competitors' sales activities, products, and market trends. Generate leads through proactive prospecting and networking in the field. Provide regular reports on customer needs and sales progress to management. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and product availability.  Qualifications and Skills Proven work experience as a Field Sales Representative or in a similar role. A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel extensively. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
