Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research, cold calling, and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Present and promote products/services to clients and explain their features and benefits.
• Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven work experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Salary: ₹[15 K TO 18 K ] per month + Incentives
Schedule: Day shift / Flexible schedule
