Role & responsibilities

This position has overall responsibility of developing sales strategies for assigned territories/ LFS counters, focusing on business growth.

  • Drive the secondary sales and monitor stocks.  
  • Drive the monthly sales through sales promoters. 
  • Looks after the process of selecting promoters/merchandiser and make arrangements of training programs for them. 
  • Month wise business forecasting, benchmarking the previous year. 
  • Observes competitor strategies within the assigned region and outlines efficient sales strategies. 
  • Identifies the areas of network expansion and introduces new products in the chains. 
  • Once the goals are set for the month, the SO/ASE conducts a performance review of the promoters where their goals and efforts are evaluated on the basis of progress made. 
  • Provides on-the-job training and/or classroom training to the frontline sales personnel by understanding their strengths and weaknesses 
  • Maintain knowledge of the current sales, promotions, schemes of competitors and security practices on monthly basis.
